A common part of my role at Gartner, a research and advisory company, was supporting our social media team with cards like this, which would be posted to various channels, promoting different parts of our research. These might lead to landing sites where members could download research directly, blog posts outlining our best practice findings, opportunities to sign up for our various offerings, or our careers site. Gartner's social media drives a significant amount of traffic to their site and generates a lot of interest in its research and memberships.
