CEB had fairly new offices set up in Chicago, Sydney, and other locations. This quarterly newsletter was intended to bring awareness of the Chicago office to the main headquarters in D.C. 
The client had only one idea for the overall concept—it needed to be called “The Loop.” I connected this not only with gusts of wind, but with the actual Chicago Loop, the system of rail lines surrounding their downtown business district. 
The client loved the initial proposed look and we had this appearing in people’s inboxes the next day.
